An 11-mission Expansion Pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator X

Jet Across America - a new Mission Expansion Pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator X - has been released. A free demo version of the software has also been released. The demo contains the first mission in the series and can be downloaded from the Beta section of the Downloads page.

The full series includes 11 flights visiting 14 airports in Flight Simulator X beginning at Bangor International Airport and continuing across the whole of the United States. The mission series culminates with a Pacific Ocean approach into Los Angeles International Airport.

Each mission should take between 45 minutes and about 90 minutes to complete (one or two may take a bit longer depending on headwinds aloft or unexpected equipment failures you may encounter en route to your destination and the amount of traffic at your destination airport).

You are not required to complete the missions in one sitting … they’re designed to allow you to fly when you have time. You can even save a mission in progress and come back to it if you decide to interrupt your flight for any reason.

An airport map and ILS approach chart are provided for each of your destination airports. You can access these on the Mission Briefing – Chart page. Print these out for easy reference. These diagrams also appear on your in-aircraft Kneeboard.

An extensive user manual with printable full-size ILS charts is also included with your purchase.
